Karla disappeared. On a Monday evening she met with her friends and wanted to quickly go to the supermarket around the corner: she did not return from this trip. This is the starting point of the captivating crime story written by Maria Milisavljevic. With narrative power, the young author sends her three characters - Karla's friend Vlado, her roommate Martina and her sister - on a breathless, nerve-racking search, during which they not only meet for traces of the missing Karla, but also meet themselves. Maria Milisavljevic manages a gripping thriller and at the same time a touching story about friendship and love, home and family and the painful topic of loss. She was awarded the 2013 Kleistförderpreis.

Este es el punto de partida de la cautivante historia del crimen escrita por Maria Milisavljevic. Con poder narrativo, la joven autora envía a sus tres personajes:  Vlado (amigo de Karla), Martina (Su compañera de cuarto), y la hermana de Karla en una búsqueda sin aliento y nerviosa, durante la cual no solo encuentran rastros de la desaparecida Karla, sino que se encuentran a si mismos. Maria Milisavljevic nos entrega un emocionante thriller y al mismo tiempo una conmovedora historia sobre la amistad y el amor, el hogar y la familia y el doloroso tema de la pérdida. Fue galardonada con el Kleistförderpreis 2013.
